IQ Coating

Prepare. Spray. Cure. Repeat.

A durable finish starts long before the spray gun. Bring us the part, its working conditions and the surfaces that matter.

From bare part to finished surface.

Follow the sequence. Preparation, masking, application and controlled curing each have a different job to do.

Assess the substrate and existing finish. Identify threads, bearing fits, sealing surfaces and other no-coat areas before preparation and application.

Before we quote.

PTFE, PFA and the application

Fluoropolymer coatings are selected against substrate, temperature, contact media, wear and release needs. A trade name alone does not establish suitability or a particular coating grade.

Masked features and tolerances

Mark threads, journals, sealing lands, mounting faces and tight fits on a drawing or photograph. Agree the required finish and dimensional constraints before processing.

Curing and food-contact documentation

Cure temperatures and hold times come from the selected coating system. Food-contact use needs application-specific documentation; it is not implied by a non-stick finish.

What do you need?
